$250 In-home Appointment Fee for appointments located within our “Core Service Range” towns (SEE BELOW LIST OF CORE SERVICE RANGE TOWNS)

$300 In-home Appointment Fee for all other towns within our Service Range (SEE ABOVE MAP).

The appointment fee includes our travel to your home and the full physical exam, grooming, and care consultation on your pet. Additional pet exams conducted during the appointment are $50, up to five animals. Discounts for larger numbers of animals.

Our appointment fees are higher than many traditional clinics because of the extra time we invest in every client and every visit. Our average appointment time once we arrive at your home is about 1-1.5 hours, which allows us to get to know you and your pet on a deeper level. We take the time to fully address any questions or health concerns you may have about your pet without feeling rushed. We remain in close contact with our clients after the visit to answer any additional questions and to make sure your pet is responding well to treatment.

Appointments Outside of Our Service Range:  
We have limited capacity at this time to accept new clients outside of our service range. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Urgent/Emergency Appointments:  

Due to the nature of our practice (a single doctor, mobile practice covering a large service area) we are often unable to accommodate urgent or emergency appointment requests. Please contact us for pricing and availability. 

Telehealth Appointments:  $90 for a 40 Minute Video Consult 
Payment is made through an online paylink generated via Quickbooks. Telehealth appointments are conducted over Zoom. Please note we are legally unable to prescribe medications via telehealth if we have never examined your animal in person.
