Service Range and Pricing
Based out of Brimfield, Massachusetts, Exotic Pet Mobile Vet has a core service range in the central part of Massachusetts as well as Northeast Connecticut. Our ability to service areas outside of our core service area is limited or unavailable. We do not service New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, or Rhode Island at this time. We are 100% mobile and do not have a physical clinic location. All appointments are conducted inside the home.
We are currently only licensed in MA & CT, but we may add other states in the future. We are able to offer virtual telehealth consults anywhere in the U.S.

Appointment Fees
In-home Appointment: $250 (within core service area)
Price includes mobile fee and one physical exam. Additional pet exams are $50, up to five animals. Discounts for multiple animals.
Extended Service Range Fee:
In-home appointments outside of our core service range will be subject to additional charges. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Telehealth Appointments: $75
Payment is made through an online paylink generated via Quickbooks. Telehealth appointments are conducted over Zoom. Please note we are legally unable to prescribe medications via telehealth if we have never examined your animal in person.

Fees for Diagnostics, Treatments, and Procedures
We will review the cost of additional services provided for the care of your pet during your appointment.
Reptile/Amphibian Care & Husbandry Consults
Detailed care and husbandry evaluations including precise measurements of UV lighting and heating gradients are performed in conjunction with a physical exam at no extra cost.
