Service Range and Pricing
Exotic Pet Mobile Vet serves all of Massachusetts via our mobile practice. Based out of Brimfield, Massachusetts, we have a core service range in the central part of Massachusetts as well as Northeast Connecticut. Our ability to service areas outside of our core service area is limited or unavailable. Please contact us for pricing and availability. We have different mobile rates for appointments within 50 miles of Brimfield, MA and appointments > 50 miles from Brimfield, MA.
We are currently only licensed in MA & CT, but we may add other states in the future. We are able to offer virtual telehealth consults anywhere in the U.S. We will work with you when scheduling your appointment to determine travel rates from Brimfield, MA

Appointment Fees
In-home Appointment: $250
Price includes mobile fee and one physical exam. Additional pet exams are $50, up to five animals.
Extended Service Range Fee: $2 per mile
In-home appointments greater than 50 road miles from Brimfield are charged an additional $2 per road mile traveled to your home from Brimfield, MA.
Telehealth Appointments: $75
Payment is made through an online paylink generated via Quickbooks. Telehealth appointments are conducted over Zoom.

Fees for Diagnostics, Treatments, and Procedures
We will review the cost of additional services provided for the care of your pet during your appointment.
Reptile/Amphibian Care & Husbandry Consults
Detailed care and husbandry evaluations including precise measurements of UV lighting and heating gradients is $20 when performed in conjunction with a physical exam.
Husbandry evaluations without a physical exam are $80 plus travel fees. See our Reptile Care Consult page for more information.
